Condensation Advice
Long-term condensation in properties can lead to deterioration of the structure including wet rot and dry rot. It is important that the cause of the condensation is established and rectification work undertaken as soon as possible. This is a common problem often faced by landlords, or tenants, which sometimes becomes the subject of litigation.
Should you find areas of typical damp or mould growth in your property that might be condensation, or rising and penetrating dampness, we recommend that you seek advice as soon as possible. This advice can be laid out in a building inspection format.
